Ateneo Family Business Development Center (FBDC) invites you to the latest session of its Family Business Excellence Series, “Marrying In-Laws into the Family Business.” This insightful discussion will be held online via Zoom on January 14, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
The event will feature Dr. Queena N. Lee-Chua, a licensed psychologist, full professor at Ateneo de Manila University, and a renowned author and columnist. This session will explore the pros and cons of in-laws participating in various business capacities, including employment, management, and ownership. Dr. LeeChua will provide strategies to ensure that in-laws contribute positively to the business and foster harmony within the family.
Participants will gain practical tips on navigating family dynamics, resolving conflicts, and building trust in family-run enterprises. The session will also discuss best practices for integrating in-laws into the business structure to maximize their potential while minimizing risks.
