The first cohort of students from the FAB Master Programme at the National University of Management (NUM) participated in a study visit to Daun Penh Cambodia Land and Daun Penh Cambodia Group on 27 November 2024. Led by Dr. Kang Sovannara, a professor at NUM’s school of graduate studies, the students specialized in Family Business Management had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into managing a family-owned company. Mr. Chuon Vandon, Managing Director of Daun Penh Land and Advisor to Daun Penh Cambodia Group, shared his experiences in business management and the development of succession plans for the company’s second-generation leadership.

students with real-world perspectives on family business dynamics, reinforcing their academic learning with practical knowledge. Such activities highlight NUM’s commitment to preparing future leaders in the family business sector.
