FAB project is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education co-funded project that focused on Master’s Programme in Family Business Management and has been coordinated by National University of Management for the last 4 years. Being a large-scale international project with 22 partners from 9 countries, the journey has been filled with both challenges and successes. While the workload was significant, the outcomes have been truly rewarding. Our colleagues’ growth in competence and experience throughout this project has been remarkable, reinforcing our capacity to lead on an international stage. This project has provided us with a unique and invaluable experience, one that has deepened our understanding of the complexities and opportunities that come with global collaboration. The challenges we faced only contributed to our development, teaching us that professional growth often comes from navigating the most difficult paths. We look forward to embarking on new ventures, confident that our resilience and adaptability will continue to drive us forward.
At the conclusion of this project, as we reflected on the past four years, the memories, the relationships forged, and the collective achievements shared with our partners moved us deeply. This rare and profound experience will remain a foundation of our international engagement, and we are immensely grateful for the opportunity to have been part of it.
